Third Avenue Reserve, Loftus playground renewal

We're renewing the playground at Third Avenue Reserve, Loftus.

6R Third Avenue, Loftus - corner of National Avenue.

Project scope

We will replace the existing playground with new modern equipment.  The work will include:

• Provision of new play equipment and replacement of mulch softfall with synthetic surface
• New bin and water fountain
• Renewal of benches, seats and signage
• Renew circuit and connecting footpaths
• Tree maintenance and associated landscaping
