The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for carrying out the decisions and policy of the elected Council, and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the organisation.
The Director Infrastructure is responsible for strategic asset planning and management, infrastructure project delivery, waste services, parks operations, and emergency management.
The Director Corporate is responsible for corporate strategy and governance, elected member support, property, people and culture, financial management, corporate communications, customer experience, workplace health and safety and enterprise risk management.
The Director Community is responsible for leisure centres, public safety and lifeguards, arts and culture - including performing arts and Hazelhurst Arts Centre, children’s services, libraries, business, sport and community services.
The Director Planning is responsible for land use planning and policy, development assessment, environmental policy and advice, traffic and transport, compliance and regulation.
