Rates Certificate (603)
All section 603 certificates ordered from close of business Friday 21th June 2024 will be held while the 2024/2025 rates and charges are being levied. Processing will then be in the order in which they are received once the system is available.
CHANGES EFFECTIVE 1 JULY 2024 - Council will be moving to part year rating effective from 1 July 2024. This means that assessments will be now levied from the date of registration of a subdivision/strata plan. Cancellation of Rates and/or Charges on the parent property/properties will be actioned from the date of cancellation of any registration of a DP/SP or any other advice. Any debits or credits from the cancelled parent property/properties will be apportioned to the new lots, pro-rata according to the land valuation.
Please note Section 603 Certificates fee of $100.00 will apply effective from 1 July 2024.
