Using Wi-Fi at the libraries
Access to free public Wi-Fi is available at all Sutherland Shire Libraries.
There is a download limit of 2GB data per device per day. How long your 2GB lasts depends on how you use the Wi-Fi. For example, watching HD videos on YouTube will use up 2GB much faster than general browsing or database research. We recommend against using the Wi-Fi for software updates, which will exceed 2GB.
All users of Sutherland Shire Libraries public Wi-Fi must adhere to our General Conditions of Use and Public Internet Access Policy.
Important!
Our public Wi-Fi is an unsecured network. It is not suited for accessing sensitive or personal information, such as online banking.
