  1. Login to Hoopla with your Hoopla account email and password.
  2. Click on the Settings icon

  3. Select the Library Settings section
    Step 2: Choose Library Settings
  4. Make sure Sutherland Shire Council (NSW) is selected as your library. Enter your Library card number and PIN, and Save the changes

  1. Open the Hoopla app and login with your Hoopla account email and password.
  2. Tap on the Settings icon

    Step 2: choose Library Settings

  3. Scroll Down the Settings screen until you can see the Library Settings
  4. Make sure Sutherland Shire Council (NSW) is selected as your library. Enter your Library card number and PIN, and Save the changes

Having trouble?

I can't remember my Hoopla email/password.

  • Use the Forgot email? link on the Hoopla login page. Enter your library barcode number to find the email you used to create your Hoopla account.
  • Use the Forgot password? link on the Hoopla login page to reset your Hoopla password.

I can't remember my Library PIN/Passcode.

  • You can reset your Library PIN online. Enter your library card number (under the barcode on your membership card, ignore the spaces) and you will be sent an email with a link to change your PIN/Passcode.
  • If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, please contact our friendly staff for assistance.
