Are you 14 - 25 years old and interested in registering for a FREE 1 day face to face course in preparing yourself for the construction workforce?
In Australia, you must obtain a white card before you can work on any construction site. This card is acquired through a construction induction course that teaches you about the rules and regulations in Australia and the specific state you are in.
You must complete the white card course in the state where you reside, but once you have the card, you can use it throughout Australia. You do not need to retake the course if you move to a different state.
Once you obtain the white card, it never expires, and you do not need to redo it unless you have not worked on a construction site for more than two consecutive years. In that case, you need to retake the white card course as a refresher.
The only conditions for a white card are the age and identification requirements. No prior construction experience required.
