On Tuesday 29 April, we will commemorate the Meeting of Two Cultures, where Lieutenant James Cook and his HMB Endeavour crew made first contact with the Gweagal community, who lived in the Kamay area at the time of Cook’s landing in 1770.

Join us for a day of connection and bring the family for:

  • Free National Park entry
  • Official proceedings
  • Free cultural workshops
  • Free BBQ & Coffee
  • Market Stalls

In partnership with La Perouse Local Aboriginal Land Council, Gujaga Foundation and NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.
