Enjoy this unique online workshop – learn about the age-old practice of pickling and preserving to sustainably keep food fresh, while reducing food waste! Learn a new skill that you can put into practice right away. This presentation features demonstrations of traditional preserving techniques, like those practiced by our grandparents.
