If the S355 committee is considering purchasing goods or services, they use the following table to determine the appropriate quotes and approval requirements:

S355 committees are not to spend more than $1,000 of funds without approval from Council. (Not applicable when the payment is to Council for recovery of costs.)
Purchase of good and appointment of contractors/suppliers is manged in accordance with Council's Procurement Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest provisions.
Any business or private association which a S355 committee member has with any vendor of goods or service quoting to provide goods or services to the S355 committee must be disclosed and manged in accordance with the conflicts of interest provisions of the Codes of Conduct.
