The S355 committee may delegate non-official support officer positions to S355 committee members or other volunteers, to assist with administration and management of the venue (e.g. Maintenance officer, cleaning officer, bookings officer).
The responsibility for any delegated authority remains with the Executive Office Bearer position as outlined in the responsibility and delegation of their role, regardless of the resolution of the S355 committee.
The support officer roles do not replace the responsibility or function of the Executive Office Bearer position. Support Officer roles do not have formal authority and operate in a support role only.
All Support Officer roles are bound by Councils Code of Conduct and must be nominated and endorsed annually by Council.
These positions must be vacated, nominated and approved by Council at each AGM.
