You can access our maintenance schedule to find out how often a particular area is maintained.
We own the nature strip between the property boundary and the road, which often includes a footpath. Due to limited resources, we aren’t able to maintain all the grassed nature strips in Sutherland Shire. We rely on and truly appreciate those residents and business owners who help by mowing and caring for these areas near their homes and businesses. We thank you for your efforts in keeping the nature strip next to your property looking nice and tidy. It makes a big difference in the community.
