Oak Park is a large open park adjacent to The Esplanade walkway on the Cronulla Peninsula. On-street parking along Ewos Parade is available.
It is located near a small beach with an ocean pool.
The park has seating, two BBQs and a set of swings. Public toilets, changing facilities and showers are provided in Oak Park Pavilion. There is an accessible pathway at the end of Jibbon Street, next to the park.
Barbecues
Fuel-fired portable barbecues that use coal, wood and heat beads are not allowed in Oak Park. You are welcome to bring a portable gas barbecue.
Free public barbecues and shelters are available on a first come first served basis.
Dogs on-leash are allowed in the grassed areas of the park and on the walkway.
Alcohol consumption is prohibited at all times, unless written approval has been obtained by Council.
