Dunningham Park is a large regional park located on the foreshore of North Cronulla Beach.

The newly upgraded Dunningham Park playground ensures there are plenty of great play facilities on offer to entice families down to explore our most popular beachside centre.

Facilities at Dunningham Park include an amenities block, picnic seating, grassed area for picnics and a kiosk.  It has both on-street parking and an adjoining carpark.

This park has limited boundary fencing along Elouera Road.

Barbecues

Fuel-fired portable barbecues that use coal, wood and heat beads are not allowed in Dunningham Park. You are welcome to bring a portable gas barbecue.

Cronulla Ocean Pools

Located on the foreshore are the Cronulla Ocean Pools, which are accessible via The Esplanade pedestrian walkway.

The ocean pools are not patrolled by lifeguards. The larger southern pool is most suitable for general swimming and lap swimming. The smaller northern pool is submerged at high tide and shallow at low tide and may not be suitable for use during these times. Please assess conditions at all times before using these ocean pools.

Dogs on-leash

Dogs are prohibited within 10 metres of playgrounds and play equipment, even if they are on leash.
