Situated in a large, open grassed reserve with a new purpose-built Accessible Playground and a bike path network Cooper Street Reserve is a popular park that contains a circuit pathway, an active youth precinct, BBQ areas and picnic furniture.

The Engadine Skate Park has been re-imagined into an 'active youth precinct' consisting of:

  • a pump track
  • Plaza style skate park
  • Parkour facilities and shade structures
  • Fitness equipment area
  • Bicycle repair unit and bike racks
  • Basketball half court

The All-abilities playground also features:

  • Wheelchair accessible treehouse walk
  • a range of slide options (small, large and spiral)
  • Climbing ropes, colourful spinners, hoppers and swings
  • Trampolines and fun water-play elements
  • Dinky track and sculptures

The playground also features communication boards to assist non-verbal and visually impaired playground visitors.

There is partial fencing at this very large open space and 90-degree vehicle parking available along the Cooper Street frontage, which includes 5 accessible parking spaces.
