Sports Field Allocation Policy

The Sports Field Allocation Policy guides how we fairly and transparently allocate sporting fields for seasonal and regular users. It helps balance historical use with growing community demand, ensuring facilities are shared effectively.

This policy applies to seasonal and regular sporting allocations but does not cover special or one-off events, personal fitness trainers, tennis court hire, private coaching operators, casual field hire, or leased facilities.

We encourage all associations and clubs to review the policy before submitting an Expression of Interest.
