Council certifier inspections

If you have appointed Council as the Principal Certifier (PC), we will undertake mandatory ‘critical-stage’ inspections.

We do this to ensure construction works are being undertaken in accordance with the Building Code of Australia and meeting any other required standards.

This online booking service requires a minimum of 48 hours notice. Inspections are generally conducted between 8am and 4pm.  If you require a more precise time of inspection please contact s on the day of the inspection and speak with your allocated certificate officer.

NOTE: If you application is more than 2 years old it may have been archived and it may take up to 48 hours to retrieve your file.  Inspections cannot occur without reference to this file.
