Bond release request

Please submit this online form if you are requesting the release of a bond which you have provided previously to council to meet a requirement of a condition of a development consent.

Bonds will only be released where:

Final Occupation Certificate has been issued (unless demolition)
Damage has not been caused to Council assets during the works
Conditions of Development Consent have been met.

Please complete the form with as much detail as possible. This will enable speedier reconciliation of council's financial records. If all information is not available at the time of lodgement, council will still trace your bond, however this may take additional time.

Please note the bond will ONLY be released to the person who paid the bond to council (that is the name that appears on the original receipt / tax invoice provided by council for original payment).
