If you want to find out who owns the property adjoining yours (a property with a common border), you can submit an application to access this information from Council.
You can request this information because of:
- a dividing fence matter under the Dividing Fences Act 1991
- an issue with a tree, in relation to the Environmental Planning & Assessment Regulation 2000 (C149b).
- neighbour notification for approved Complying Development works, as required by State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt & Complying Development Codes) 2008 (clause 3.39A)
- the resolution of an ordinary drainage matter.
