Large complexes include units, villas or townhouse complexes of seven or more dwellings.

Clean-up requests for large complexes are booked by the complex's strata manager or body corporate.

Strata Mangers/Managing and authorised agents should have received a letter from Council to advise of changes to the Clean-up online booking form. If you are a managing agent for a property and you did not receive a letter, contact us.

Large complexes are entitled to two clean-up collections each financial year. Residents will be notified by their strata manager or body corporate when a common collection date is booked.

Changes or cancellations must be provided by the complex's strata manager or body corporate.

Note to Strata Managers/Authorised Agents/Body Corporate

  • A password is needed to book a clean-up for a large complex
  • When booking a clean-up, ensure you ALWAYS choose Fridges/Large Whitegoods and Mattresses in addition to General Household Items.  When you choose the mattress option, you will be required to put in the number of mattresses.  If you are unsure of the quantity, use '10'.
  • Once you have booked a clean up on behalf of the residents in the complex, you can use this 'Notice of Intended Clean Up Collection'   - PDF - 158 KB to notify the residents of the booked clean up.
