Heathcote Oval dog off-leash park is a fully fenced park on the northern boundary of Heathcote Oval that your dog will love.
The dog park includes dog play elements, a walking path, seating and shelter, as well as a water bottle filler and dog water bowl station. The park was opened in 2023.
The gates at Heathcote Oval are locked between 10.30 pm and 7.15 am
Dogs are not permitted off-leash in the reserve and on the other sports fields at Heathcote Oval.

Dogs allowed off-leash
- Dogs are permitted off-leash within the fenced enclosure at all times
- The gates are locked from 10.30 pm to 7.15 am
- Please clean up after your dog using the bags and bins provided
- Dogs must be on a leash when entering and leaving the off-leash area
- Always maintain effective control of your dog
Serious penalties apply if your dog rushes, menaces or attacks people or other animals.
Dogs that have been declared dangerous or menacing by Council or are a restricted breed are not permitted in the off-leash area. Failure to comply may result in fines or prosecution under the Companion Animals Act 1998.
