Chico is a pretty relaxed dog and isn't bothered by the hustle and bustle of the shelter. He doesn't let the other dogs rile him up and has no interest in any nonsense.
Chico is a smart boy and we're impressed with his basic commands such as sit and stay. However, he could use a bit more training to master loose lead walking as he tends to pull on his leash.
Given Chico's calm nature at the shelter, he would probably be okay with other dogs, but a meet and greet is necessary to ensure compatibility. He would also have no worries being the one and only dog in your life. Chico would likely be fine with older kids who are comfortable with a big dog.
