Development Contributions Plans and Register

Development Contributions Plans detail the fee structure and the projects they will fund, as well as the areas and development to which they apply.

They operate under sections 7.11 and 7.12 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

Contributions collected from new residential developments are used to improve and expand open space and recreation facilities.
